NiteWhite's active ingredient is carbamide peroxide; this ingredient breaks down into hydrogen peroxide. This allows oxygen to enter the enamel and dentin (hard tissue of the tooth) to loosen tooth stains. The other active ingredient is ACP, Amorphous Calcium Phosphate. ACP is a proven technology that rebuilds enamel and aides in the prevention of dental caries.
