John E. Clary, DDS
Dr. John Clary believes that you and your family deserve a balance of clinical excellence, personalized care, and cutting edge technology based on sound research, success rates, and your comfort. Dr. Clary received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and then attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He received his DDS in 1978 and gained further experience through a general practice residency at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Iowa City. After completing his residency, he began and continues to see patients at his private practices in Ames, Iowa.
Dr. Clary continues to learn all he can about the ever-evolving field of dentistry. He has attended a multitude of continuing education courses over the years with some of the most highly respected educators in the world, including: The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education, the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study, and the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington. In addition to participating in various dental study clubs, Dr. Clary is a member of the following dental societies:

Dr. Clary has conducted numerous seminars and focus groups in the area of dental practice management, exploring the relationship between quality of management and quality of care. He has also conducted hands-on seminars designed to promote clinical improvement by increasing the emphasis on quality diagnosis and treatment planning.
Dr. Clary enjoys helping people through his passion for dentistry. He makes every effort to offer his patients a well-developed philosophy of care, easy to understand treatment options, and a diverse range of dental services.

Jordan Crawford, DDSDr. Jordan Crawford is a 2006 graduate of the the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Prior to joining Expressions Dental, Dr. Crawford served as an associate in a dental practice in eastern Iowa and, more recently, provided care at the Story County Clinic in Ames. In 2010, Dr. Crawford began her career with us at Expressions Dental. She maintains professional memberships in the American Dental Association and the Iowa Dental Association and is committed to enhancing her professional skills and knowledge by attending continuing education courses and participating in study clubs. Dr. Crawford has a strong desire to help others and can meet the needs of your whole family by offering a wide range of dental services in a comfortable, small-town atmosphere. |
